Wanderlust
The previous year, on a cold evening in February, I felt the urge to leave – travel – see new things. The idea of taking unpaid leave gradually took shape. I don’t want to spoil everything at once, but back then Indonesia and learning to dive was just a faint idea. So, stay tuned, what this adventure has up its sleeve. Leaving the Cold and Gray
The first leg of the journey took us from Switzerland to the Jakarta, Indonesia with a stopover in Abu Dhabi, We flew with Etihad Airways for the first time, and I really enjoyed the flight. Still, I felt a bit of a whirlwind in my head when we arrived in the capital. However, overmotivated as I am, we didn’t plan on staying even one night in Jakarta but had booked yet another flight to Bali. I decided not to do that again.
As a result, we had to repeat the airport procedures yet again: check-in – security – more security because of camera gear – waiting at the gate – being questioned for the oversized “hand” luggage – boarding. I felt exhausted, but we made it to Bali.

Thanks for reading and hear you soon.
